Called back in a minute.

A form is submitted and the person is called back within a minute, because they asked to be. Qualified against your questions, booked, filed as a lead. No cold calls.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

The lead that went cold in an hour

A web lead called within five minutes is many times more likely to convert than one called an hour later, and most small businesses call back the next day. Here the form itself is the trigger: the person ticked the box asking to be called, Daciel dials within a minute, confirms who they are and what they need, asks the qualifying questions you set, books the appointment into your calendar or transfers to a rep, and files the lead with the consent, the transcript and the outcome.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

Two things it does on day one

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a lead arriving and the first contact, and the practice of making it short. The search is held by Calldrip, Convoso and ignitvio, which bridge a web form to a human rep's phone, and by guides on why five minutes matters. The AI voice vendors, Retell and Synthflow, sell the building blocks.

How the callback works

01

Consent on the form

A checkbox with the text the person agrees to. No consent, no call; the lead is filed for a human follow-up instead.

02

The form fires

From your website, CRM or ad platform. The lead record is created with the consent attached.

03

Called within a minute

Inside calling hours for the lead's timezone; otherwise at the first permitted hour.

04

Qualified and booked

Your questions asked, the appointment booked into the calendar, or a live transfer to the rep on duty.

05

Filed

Consent, transcript, answers and outcome on the lead, and the follow-up drafted for the rep.

Speed to lead tools, compared

Form-to-rep bridges, AI voice platforms you build on, and Daciel's consent-first callback. Compared on who is on the line, what is recorded, and the price.

Safe to call with. It dials only people who asked, records the consent on the lead, respects calling hours by the lead's timezone, and stops on a single request.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Is an AI callback legal?

Rules differ by state and country. Daciel's flow is built on prior express consent captured on the form, calling hours by the lead's timezone, identification at the start of the call and a stop that is honoured at once. Those are the elements most rules require. Check your own jurisdiction.

What if the form has no consent checkbox?

The lead is filed and a human follow-up is drafted. Daciel does not call it.

Can a rep take the call instead?

Yes. Route the callback to the rep on duty first and let the agent handle it only if nobody picks up, or the other way round.

Does it work with ad platform lead forms?

Yes, where the platform passes the consent field. The lead arrives with the consent attached or it is not called.

What does it cost?
