A call center with the file open.

Inbound calls answered from the caller's record, resolved with permission, escalated with the transcript attached. Every call is a run with its cost.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Every step, every tool call, every cost, and who approved it.

The caller never repeats themselves

The agent reads the order, the ticket and the invoice before it speaks, resolves what it is allowed to, and hands the rest to a person with the transcript and a summary already attached. Nobody asks the customer to start again.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

Two lines it runs on day one

What is AI call center software?

AI call center software answers inbound calls with an agent that can look up the caller's records, resolve routine requests and escalate the rest to a person. It replaces the first tier of a human call center: the order-status, appointment-change and invoice-copy calls that make up most volume. The good implementations act in the business's systems, with permission, and log every action; the weak ones are a voice bot in front of a queue.

How the AI call center works

01

Lines and routing

Daciel provisions local and toll-free numbers and routes by line, hour and caller. Run separate support and sales lines, each with its own brief and escalation path.

02

The record is read

The caller is matched to a customer; their orders, tickets and invoices are read through connections you authorised before the agent speaks.

03

Resolve or propose

Informational requests are resolved. Anything that changes money or data becomes a proposed action checked against its permission.

04

Approve or escalate

A gated action is held for a named approver during the call. A caller who asks for a person, or a rule that fires, transfers live with the context attached.

05

Logged as a run

What was said, what the agent did in which system, who approved it and what it cost. The Calls ledger and the Support inbox show the same call.

Build, buy or bundle, compared

Contact-center suites assume human agents. Developer platforms assume you will build. The rows below sit them beside Daciel on channels, control and price.

Safe to let it resolve. An agent that can refund, reship or cancel on a call is held to the permission you granted, and shows every action.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Can the AI call center issue refunds or change orders?

Only if you allow it, and you can require a named approver per action. The agent requests approval during the call, confirms the outcome to the caller, and the approval and the action are both on the record.

How does escalation to a human work?

The caller asks, or a rule fires, and the call transfers live to the person or group you named, with the transcript and a summary attached. Outside hours the agent books a callback instead.

Do I need to bring my own telephony?

No. Daciel provisions numbers and handles inbound routing itself. If you have numbers you want to keep, forward them in or port them.

Is this for teams of human agents?

No. Daciel does not include agent scheduling, seat-based QA scorecards or a dialer for human teams. It is for businesses that want the first tier answered by an agent and the rest handled by the people they already have.

How is it priced?

Additional minutes are billed at the published per-minute rate. There are no per-seat or per-resolution charges. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
