A help desk that drafts first.

Every ticket opens with the customer identified, the records read and a reply drafted. Your team approves, edits or takes over.

Which accounts are at risk this month, and draft the outreach.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

The queue shrinks while you sleep

Informational tickets are resolved by the agent from your records. The ones that remain need a decision, and each opens with the decision framed: the record, the draft and the action waiting for approval.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

Two things it does on day one

What is an AI help desk?

An AI help desk is a ticketing system where an agent does the first pass on every ticket: it identifies the customer, reads their records, drafts a reply and, where permitted, resolves the case. Human agents work from a queue of decisions rather than a queue of chores. It differs from a help desk with an AI add-on in that the agent works from the business's records rather than from a knowledge base and a macro library that someone has to maintain.

How the AI help desk works

01

Connect the channels

Your mailbox and the messaging channels you use land in one inbox with saved views your team shares.

02

Connect the records

Store, billing and CRM through connections scoped to the person who authorised them. Read access by default.

03

Write the brief

Return windows, what can be refunded without a manager, tone. Plain language. A change applies from the next ticket.

04

The agent drafts and resolves

Informational tickets are answered. Actions are proposed and either allowed or held for the approver you named.

05

The team reviews by exception

The Review tab lists flagged conversations; the Runs tab shows what the agent did per ticket and what it cost.

Help desks with AI, compared

Conventional desks price the seat and add AI per resolution. The rows below put them beside Daciel on what the agent reads, what it may do, and what the month costs.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Is this a ticketing system or an AI layer over one?

Both are possible. Daciel's Support inbox is a ticketing system with views, approvals and response-time tracking. It can also work over an existing help desk through a connection if you prefer to keep it.

How does the agent know our policies?

You write a brief in plain language, such as return windows, what can be refunded without a manager, and tone. It applies the brief and the records. A change to the brief applies from the next ticket.

Can the team see what the agent did?

Yes. Each conversation carries its run: the records read, the draft, any action and its approval, and the cost. The Runs tab lists them across the desk.

What channels are supported?

Email and the messaging channels you connect, in one inbox. Phone calls are handled by the Calls capability and appear on the same customer record.

How much does it cost?

Seats are not charged separately, and agent runs are included within a compute budget visible in Admin. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
