Approvals on what AI does.

A named person, an expiry and an audit trail on anything an agent or automation wants to send, spend or change. The approval and the action are one record.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Runs

Every step, every tool call, every cost, and who approved it.

The agent asks; a person answers

An agent drafts a refund, an automation wants to send an invoice, a rep wants a discount. Each becomes an approval in one queue with an owner and an expiry. The person decides in the queue, in chat or on a phone transfer; the action runs, and both are on the record.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

Two things it does on day one

What is approval workflow software?

Approval workflow software routes a request to the person who must sign it, records the decision and releases the action. The conventional category handles requests people make: purchase orders, expense claims, document sign-off, time off. Tools such as Wrike, Kissflow and ApproveIt do this well and rank for the search.

How approvals work in Daciel

01

Permissions decide what needs approval

Per action, per system. Read is free by default; sending, spending and changing are gated as you choose.

02

A request is raised

By an agent, an automation or a person, with the record and the proposed action attached.

03

A named person owns it

With an expiry. Unanswered requests escalate to a second approver or lapse, as you set.

04

The decision is made anywhere

In the Approvals tab, by replying in chat, or during a phone transfer. The answer is the same record.

05

The action runs and is logged

Who asked, who approved, what ran in which system, what it cost. Reviewable by exception.

Approval tools, compared

Conventional approval tools gate what people request. The rows below compare them with Daciel on what can raise a request, how the approver is held, and price.

Safe to delegate. A queue that approves what AI does has to name the person, time out the request, and show what happened after.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Can approvals be required on every action an agent takes?

Yes. Start with everything held and loosen one action at a time. Reads are free by default; sends, spends and changes are gated per action and per system.

Who can approve?

A named person you assign per kind of request, with a second approver for escalation. Never a group inbox where nobody owns the request.

What happens if nobody answers?

The request escalates to the second approver or lapses at its expiry, as you set. Nothing waits indefinitely and nothing runs unapproved.

Can people raise requests too, not just agents?

Yes. Discounts, purchases and policy exceptions raised by staff go through the same queue with the same record.

How is it priced?

There is no per-approver or per-request fee. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
