Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Your questions, not a score

Budget, timing, authority, fit: you set the questions and the thresholds. The agent answers what research can answer and asks the rest in the first exchange or on a call. Leads that fail are parked with the reason; leads that pass arrive with the answers.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

Two ways it qualifies first

What is AI lead qualification?

AI lead qualification decides which leads a sales rep should spend time on. Older tools did it with a score: points for a job title, points for a page visit, a threshold nobody could explain. Agents do it by answering the actual questions a rep would ask, from research where possible and by asking the lead where not.

How lead qualification works

01

Set the questions

Budget, timing, authority, fit, and the thresholds. Plain language.

02

Research answers first

Company size, stack, funding, hiring, from connected sources and the web, cited.

03

Ask the rest

By email from the rep's mailbox or by phone from a Daciel number, inside an approved campaign.

04

Pass or park

Passes go to the rep with the answers; fails are parked with the reason.

05

Revive on a signal

A parked lead that later hires, raises or visits is re-qualified.

Qualification tools, compared

Scoring features in CRMs, agent platforms and Daciel, compared on how the decision is made, how a person stays in control, and price.

Safe to let it qualify. An agent that decides who a rep talks to is held to questions you can read, and shows its answers.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Is AI lead qualification just lead scoring?

No. Scoring assigns points on a model you cannot read. Daciel answers the questions you wrote, with evidence, and a rep can see why each lead passed or was parked.

Can it ask the lead questions?

Yes, by email or on a call from a Daciel number, inside a campaign a named person approved.

What happens to leads that fail?

They are parked with the reason and re-qualified when a signal you defined fires, such as a hire or a funding round.

Does it work with our CRM?

Yes. Answers are written to the lead in Daciel and, if connected, in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.

How is it priced?

No per-lead fee. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
