Every lead answered and filed.

Leads from the phone, the inbox and your forms land on one ledger with their source, qualified against your rules, the first reply drafted before a rep opens them.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

The lead that came in at 6pm on Friday

A form fill at 6pm on Friday sits until Monday in most teams, and by then they have signed elsewhere. Here the lead is on the ledger the moment it arrives, qualified against the questions you set, and the first reply is drafted and held for a rep, or sent under a rule you signed. The source, the timestamp and the reply are all on the record.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

Two things it does on day one

What is a lead management CRM?

A lead management CRM captures enquiries from every channel, records where each came from, qualifies them, routes them to an owner and tracks them to a deal or a close-out. The search is held by HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesforce, whose lead objects do this once a person has entered the lead and written the reply.

How lead management works

01

Open the doors

Connect the website form, the mailbox and, if you want it, a phone line Daciel answers. Import the leads you have.

02

Write the questions

The three to six things that make a lead worth a rep's time. The agent asks them by email or on the call.

03

Set the routing

By territory, product or round robin. The owner is named on the record the moment it qualifies.

04

The first reply

Drafted from your records and held for the owner, or sent under a rule a named person signed.

05

Convert or close out

A qualified lead becomes a deal with its history; an unqualified one is closed out with the reason, not deleted.

Lead management tools, compared

The incumbents record a lead once a person has entered it. The rows compare how leads arrive, who writes the first reply, and the price.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Where do leads come from?

Website forms, the connected mailbox, the phone line Daciel answers, imports, and the CRM you connect. Each lead carries its source.

Does it reply to leads automatically?

It drafts the first reply from your records and holds it for the owner. If a named person signs a rule allowing it, that reply goes out without waiting.

How does qualification work?

You write the questions. The agent asks them in the reply thread or on the call and records the answers on the lead. Your rule decides what counts as qualified.

Can it route leads to the right rep?

Yes, by territory, product line or round robin, and the owner is named on the record when it qualifies.

Does Daciel sell leads?

No. It manages the leads your business already receives. If you need more leads, see the lead generation page for what it does and does not do.
