Numbers with the query attached.

Calls, tickets, leads, deals, invoices and approvals are already records. The figures are computed from them, and every figure prints the query that produced it.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

No warehouse. The agents' own records are the data.

Business intelligence without the project

A BI rollout for a thirty-person company is a warehouse, a connector per system, a data model and someone to keep it all true. Here there is no project, because the phone, the inbox, the pipeline and the books are already one set of records kept by the agents. The figures are computed from them on the server and each one arrives with the query it ran, so a number is never an argument.

Two things it does on day one

What is AI business intelligence?

As the vendors use it, AI business intelligence means a chat box over a warehouse: Power BI Copilot, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot, Looker's conversational layer. You ask a question in words, the tool writes the query against a model an analyst built, and draws the chart. It works in proportion to the model and the analyst.

How the reports are built

01

The records exist already

Every call, ticket, lead, deal, invoice and approval is a row the agent or a person wrote in the course of the work.

02

Figures are defined once

Each figure lives in one registry, so the overview and the Metrics screen cannot show two different numbers for one thing.

03

Computed on the server

Per period, compared with the period before, in your timezone. The query steps come down with the number.

04

Refusals are printed

A section you may not read, a connector that is not there, a period with no data: each is a sentence on the tile, not a zero.

05

Export

The figures for a period export for the spreadsheet or the BI tool you already have.

AI business intelligence tools, compared

BI tools that need a model and someone to build it, a free reporting layer, and Daciel's figures over its own ledgers. Compared on what you must build, how a number is trusted, and the price.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Is Daciel a BI tool?

No. It is a business product whose Reports section computes figures from the records its agents keep. It has no chart builder, warehouse connector or data model. If you have a BI tool, export the figures into it.

Can I ask it a question in words?

The chat can read the records and answer, and the Reports figures are fixed definitions with the query printed. The two are kept separate so a chat answer is never mistaken for a reported figure.

Does it send alerts or scheduled reports?

Not yet. Both screens exist in the product as empty states that say what is missing. Nothing on this page should be read as promising them.

Where does the data come from?

From Daciel's own ledgers, which the agents and your people write in the course of the work, and from the systems you connected, read with the permissions of the person who connected them.

What does it cost?

There is no per-viewer or per-creator fee. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
