Outbound calls, signed off first.

Confirm tomorrow's bookings, chase the invoices thirty days over, follow up the quiet leads. Daciel dials once a named person approves the list and the script.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Every step, every tool call, every cost, and who approved it.

The list is approved; the calls go out

A campaign is a list, a script and a window. The list comes from your records: tomorrow's bookings, invoices thirty days over, leads untouched for a week. A named person approves it, Daciel dials inside the window, and every outcome is filed on the record.

Two campaigns it runs on day one

What is AI outbound calling?

AI outbound calling is software that places phone calls on a business's behalf and holds a natural conversation to a defined outcome: confirm an appointment, remind about a payment, qualify a lead, book a meeting. It reads the callee's record before dialling, follows a script with permitted offers and hard stops, and files the outcome. It is not a predictive dialer for human agents and it is not built for long consultative selling.

How an outbound campaign runs

01

Build the list from records

Overdue invoices from Finance, tomorrow's bookings from the calendar, leads with no touch in seven days from Sales, or an upload.

02

Write the script and the rules

What the agent may say and offer, hard stops, calling window, retry cadence, voicemail behaviour and what counts as done.

03

A named person approves

The list and script are held for the approver with an expiry. A recurring campaign can be approved once as a rule, signed by a person.

04

Daciel dials inside the window

From a number it holds for you. The callee's record is read before each call; do-not-call flags stop the dial.

05

Outcomes are filed

Reached, promised to pay, rebooked, wrong number, requested no contact. On each record and rolled up per campaign.

The outbound options, compared

Developer platforms give you the dialling and leave the list, the rules and the approvals to you. The rows below compare them on exactly those three things.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Can I run outbound calls without approving each campaign?

No. A campaign's list and script are held for a named approver before the first call. You can approve a recurring campaign once with a defined list rule, but a person signs the rule.

What number do the calls come from?

From a number Daciel provisions on your account, or from your existing number once ported. Callers who ring back reach your receptionist line, so a returned call lands on the record.

How does the agent handle a voicemail?

Per campaign: it leaves the message you wrote, hangs up and retries within the cadence, or marks the record for a text follow-up.

Can it take a payment on the call?

It can send a payment link by text or email and record a promise to pay. It does not take card details over the phone.

Does it comply with do-not-call rules?

It enforces do-not-call flags on your records and the calling hours you set per timezone, and identifies itself as automated where you configure it to. Compliance in your market remains your responsibility.
