A CRM the agent keeps for you.

Leads, deals, accounts and activity written by the agent that made the call or sent the email. Stages move on evidence. Reps review and decide.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

No more Friday CRM cleanup

Calls, emails and meetings are logged as they happen by the agent that handled them. Next steps are set from the conversation. A deal moves when the evidence is there: a meeting held, a proposal sent, a signature back.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

@Daciel draft the Acme renewal from usage and tickets, hold the send

Two things it does on day one

What is an AI CRM?

An AI CRM is a customer relationship system where the record is written by the agent that did the work rather than by the rep after the fact. The agent logs the call it placed, the email it sent and the meeting it booked, proposes stage changes when evidence appears, and drafts the next follow-up. Reps work from a queue of decisions. The forecast is built from logged events rather than from memory.

How the AI CRM works

01

Four ledgers

Leads with source and qualification, Deals with stage and next step, Accounts with cross-department history, Activity written by whatever did it.

02

The agent works the pipeline

Reads the inbox, logs the call, drafts the follow-up, and holds anything you gated for approval.

03

Stages move on evidence

A held meeting, a sent proposal or a returned signature proposes the change; you allow it automatically or a rep confirms.

04

The account is seen whole

Tickets, invoices and calls from Support, Finance and Calls appear beside the deal.

05

Sync or replace

Keep HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive as the system of record and let the agent write into it, or run Daciel as the CRM.

CRMs with AI, compared

Conventional CRMs add AI to a record the rep still keeps. The rows below compare them on who writes the record, what the agent may send, and the price per month.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Can Daciel replace our CRM?

For many small teams, yes: leads, deals, accounts and activity are in Daciel and the agent keeps them current. Teams with a CRM they must keep connect it and let the agent write into it.

Who writes the activity log?

The agent that did the work: it logs the email it sent, the call it placed, the meeting it booked, and summarises each. Reps can edit or add notes at any time.

How do deal stages move?

The agent proposes a stage change when the evidence appears, such as a held meeting or a returned signature, and moves it if you allow that automatically or after a rep confirms.

Does it see Support and Finance too?

Yes. An account shows its tickets, invoices and calls next to its deals, because all of them are records in the same Daciel business.

What does the AI CRM cost?

Add businesses with the Group plan. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
