Automation you ask for, and edit.

Describe the work and Daciel builds the automation over your systems, with approval steps a person owns. What it builds is an ordinary graph you can open.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Every step, every tool call, every cost, and who approved it.

Asked for in chat, running on schedule

Every Monday, pull the week's numbers and send them to the owner. When an invoice hits thirty days, start the reminder sequence. You say it; Daciel builds it as ordinary nodes, schedules it, and puts an approval where money or messages leave.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

Two automations it builds first

What is AI workflow automation?

AI workflow automation is a workflow tool where steps can reason: read an email and decide what it is about, draft a reply, pick the next action from the record. Conventional automation moves data between apps on fixed rules. AI automation adds decisions, which means it also needs approvals, because a step that decides can decide wrong.

How AI workflow automation works

01

Ask for the work

In the chat, in plain language. Daciel proposes the automation and shows the graph.

02

It compiles to ordinary nodes

Triggers, reads, decisions, actions, approvals. The same nodes you can draw by hand.

03

Approvals where it matters

Any node that sends, spends or changes can hold for a named person with an expiry.

04

It runs on schedule or on trigger

Daily, weekly, on a webhook, on a record changing. Durable pauses resume when a person answers.

05

Every run is logged

One run, however many steps, with each system touched and its cost. Failures do not count against you.

Automation tools, compared

Builders assume a builder. The rows below compare them with Daciel on how the workflow is authored, how a person stays in control, and how runs are priced.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Do I need to build workflows on a canvas?

You can, but you do not have to. Ask for the work in the chat and Daciel builds the automation as ordinary nodes. Open the canvas when you want to change it.

How are runs counted?

One run of a workflow is one run, however many steps it has. Failed runs do not count. Runs are included in the plan and bounded by a compute budget you can see.

Can an automation wait for a person?

Yes. An approval node holds the run for a named person with an expiry, and resumes when they answer, in the queue, in chat or on a call.

How does it compare with n8n or Zapier?

On raw primitives n8n is ahead and free. Daciel adds the inbound channel, the approval inbox, the phone and authoring by conversation, and every generated workflow stays an ordinary editable graph.

How is it priced?

No per-task or per-operation metering. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
