An ATS that answers everyone.

Every application becomes a candidate record, acknowledged in your voice, screened against your written questions and moved through stages by the agent. People decide.

Which accounts are at risk this month, and draft the outreach.

Drafted7 messages, held 2 for a person

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Stages that move without the drag

An ATS is a pipeline for candidates, and like a sales pipeline it is only as current as the person dragging the cards. Daciel's agent reads each application against the questions you wrote, proposes the stage with the evidence, sends the acknowledgement and the scheduling emails, books the panel's calendars and drafts the offer from your template. The hiring manager opens a shortlist with the answers beside each name, not an inbox.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

@Daciel draft the Acme renewal from usage and tickets, hold the send

Two things it does on day one

What is ATS software?

An applicant tracking system collects applications, moves candidates through stages, coordinates interviews and stores the decision. Greenhouse and Lever hold the enterprise end of the search; Workable, Breezy, JazzHR and BambooHR the small-business end, priced per month or per user, with AI screening arriving as an add-on.

How the ATS works

01

Open a role

Title, must-have questions, panel, stages. Connect where it is posted.

02

Applications arrive

Each a candidate record; acknowledged within the hour in your voice.

03

Screened

Read against your questions; answers quoted; stage proposed; manager confirms.

04

Interviews

Booked against the panel's calendars; confirmations sent; notes on the candidate.

05

Offer and hire

Drafted from your template, approved, and the hire's onboarding opens.

ATS software, compared

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Does it post jobs?

It connects to where you post and reads applications in; posting runs through the board or your careers page.

Does the AI screen out candidates?

It proposes a stage with the quoted answers to your questions. A person confirms every rejection and every offer.

Can hiring managers collaborate?

Yes. The hiring team you name sees the candidates, leaves notes and confirms stages; nobody else can read candidate data.

Is it per recruiter or per job?

No. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.

What happens after the hire?

The candidate becomes an employee record and their onboarding checklist opens, on the same record.
