Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

The list, without buying a list

Describe who you sell to and Daciel's Find runs the search and files what matches as leads with the reason each qualified. Signals watch the ones you chose for the events you named: a hire, a funding round, a job post. When one fires, the first email is drafted from your records and held on the lead for the rep to send from their own mailbox.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

@Daciel draft the Acme renewal from usage and tickets, hold the send

Two things it does on day one

What is sales prospecting software?

Sales prospecting software finds people and companies who might buy, gets their contact details, and starts the first conversation. Apollo, ZoomInfo and Clay hold the search: a database of contacts, filters, credits, and sequences that send from the tool. Volume is the model, and a rep's job is to load the sequence.

How prospecting works

01

Write the brief

Who you sell to: industry, size, region, the tools they run, the trigger that makes them ready.

02

Find

The search runs and matching companies land as leads with the evidence for the match.

03

Signals

Name the events and the accounts. A hire, a funding round or a job post opens a first touch.

04

Draft and hold

The first email is written from your records and held on the lead, or sent under a signed rule.

05

Reply lands on the record

The rep sends from their mailbox; the reply is logged on the lead and a deal is proposed when it warrants one.

Sales prospecting tools, compared

Database-and-sequence tools built for volume, and a prospecting flow built around a held send. Compared on where prospects come from, who sends, and the price.

Safe to prospect with. Nothing reaches a stranger without a rep or a rule a named person signed, and do-not-contact is a hard stop.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Does Daciel include a contact database?

No. It finds companies against your brief and watches public signals. If your model needs verified emails at volume, a data vendor is the right purchase alongside it.

Does it send cold email automatically?

Only under a rule a named person signed. By default the first email is drafted and held for the rep to send from their own mailbox.

What is a signal?

An event you name on an account you chose: a new hire in the role you sell to, a funding round, a job post, a change on their site. A signal opens a drafted first touch.

Can it write into our CRM?

Yes, into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with the permissions of the person who connected it, or the leads stay in Daciel's ledger.

What does it cost?
