A pipeline that moves itself.

A stage board over the Deals ledger. Deals move when a meeting is held, a proposal is sent or a signature returns, proposed by the agent, applied by your rule or a rep.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Deals that move when something happened

A deal sits in "proposal sent" for three weeks because nobody dragged the card. Here the agent that sent the proposal moved it, and when the signed copy came back to the inbox it proposed "won" with the document attached. Your rule applied it, or your rep clicked once. The board is a record of what happened, not of who remembered to drag.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

Two things it does on day one

What is sales pipeline software?

Sales pipeline software shows deals as cards in stage columns and lets a team see what is in play, what it is worth and what is stuck. Pipedrive built its business on the view; HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce all have one. In every one of them the card moves when a rep drags it.

How the pipeline works

01

Your stages

The sales pack ships a pipeline; rename, add and reorder the stages and set a probability on each.

02

Cards from the ledger

Every open deal is a card with value, owner, next step and the last touch the agent logged.

03

Moves proposed with evidence

The agent proposes a stage change when the evidence appears and attaches it.

04

Applied by rule or by rep

A signed rule applies some moves automatically; the rest wait for a click. Drags are logged too.

05

Totals that tie

Per-stage and weighted totals computed by the rule the overview uses, recorded deals only.

Sales pipeline tools, compared

Boards the reps drag, and a board the agent moves with evidence. Compared on who moves the card, what happens to the total, and the price.

Evidence on every moveThe meeting, the proposal or the signature, attached to the stage change
Rules you signedAutomatic moves happen only under a rule a named person set; the rest wait for a click
Renamed stages still countThe rule reads the stored value, so renaming "Won" never breaks a total

Safe to let it move deals. Every stage change carries its evidence and the name of the rule or the person that applied it.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Can reps still drag cards?

Yes. A drag is a stage change like any other and is logged with the rep's name. The agent's proposals sit beside it.

What counts as evidence for a move?

Whatever your stages mean: a meeting held on the calendar, a proposal the agent sent, a signature returned to the inbox, a payment landing in Finance.

Can we keep Pipedrive?

Yes. Connect it and stages sync both ways with the permissions of the person who connected it, or run the board in Daciel alone.

What are planned deals?

Deals a founder intends but has not recorded. They appear on the board at their stage and are excluded from every total, so plans never inflate the pipeline.
