The dashboard nobody had to build

The reason a small company has no analytics is not the tool, it is the plumbing: exporting from five systems into one place and keeping it true. When the phone, the inbox, the pipeline and the books are one set of records, the plumbing does not exist. What are business analytics tools?

Can Daciel replace Power BI or Tableau?

No. Those are chart builders over data you bring. Daciel reports on the records its agents keep, with no builder and no warehouse. Use both if you need both.

What figures does it report?

Per section: calls answered and missed, tickets resolved and waiting, leads qualified, deals moved and their weighted value, invoices paid and overdue, approvals cleared and expired, each by period.

Can I build my own charts?

Not in Daciel. Dashboards are the boards your account keeps and This Week is a fixed board. Export the figures if you want to chart them your way.

Why print the query?

So a number is never an argument. The steps the server ran come down with the figure, and two people looking at it are looking at the same definition.
