Agents an auditor can read.

Every agent inherits the permissions of the person who started it, holds gated actions for a named approver, and logs each run with its cost. SSO is on the roadmap.

Nine accounts renew inside 30 days and three of them are the ones to worry about. Their ticket volume is up while usage is falling, which is the pattern that preceded every churn last quarter.

Runs

Every step, every tool call, every cost, and who approved it.

Permission is the product

An agent reaches only what the person who started it can reach. Anything that sends, spends or changes is held for a named approver with an expiry. Every run is a record: steps, systems touched, approvals, cost. That is what makes it adoptable by a company with something to lose.

Acme wants a renewal quote. Their contract is up in three weeks.

Ticket volume has climbed every month this quarter. Read that before we price it.

So someone pulls usage, open tickets and the last two invoices. Three systems.

And most of an afternoon. Hand it over and hold the send until one of us reads it.

@Daciel draft the Acme renewal from usage and tickets, hold the send

Two controls it ships with

What are enterprise AI agents?

Enterprise AI agents are agents a company can be accountable for: they act only within the permissions of the person who deployed them, they pause for approval before consequential actions, and every run leaves a record an auditor can read. The word enterprise here means governance, not company size.

How governance works in Daciel

01

Permissions per person

Roles and a permission catalogue; an agent runs as the person who started it.

02

Connections per person

Each tool connection carries the authoriser's scope; nothing is shared implicitly.

03

Approvals per action

Named approver, expiry, escalation; the approval and the action are one record.

04

Runs logged

Every step, system and cost, reviewable by exception.

05

Usage bounded

A compute budget per business, visible in Admin, bounds what agents can spend.

Agent platforms on governance, compared

Compared on the three things a company must answer for: what the agent may reach, who approves, and what is on the record.

Safe to let it act. An agent that reaches into your systems has to be held to what the person behind it is allowed to do, and has to show its work.

How permissions work

Questions people ask before buying

Does Daciel support SSO?

Not yet. SAML and OIDC single sign-on are on the roadmap. Companies that require SSO before adoption should wait for it or ask about the timeline.

How are agent permissions handled?

An agent runs with the permissions of the person who started it, and each tool connection carries the scope of the person who authorised it. There is no shared super-connection.

Is there an audit trail?

Every run is logged with each step, the system it touched, any approval and its cost. The Runs and Review tabs make it reviewable by exception.

Can we bound what agents spend?

Yes. A compute budget per business bounds runs and usage is shown in Admin.

How is it priced?

Enterprise terms are not yet published. Contact Daciel for business plan availability and pricing.
