Privacy notice.
The fine print.
Effective date: October 21, 2026.
This notice explains how VCorp, operating Daciel, handles personal information for its public website, inquiries, subscriptions and business services. It distinguishes information we use to operate Daciel from information we process on a customer’s instructions.
A business using Daciel to operate its website, store, phone line or communications is responsible for its own customer-facing privacy notice. If your information is held by that business, contact it first; Daciel can assist the business with its request.
1. Contact and scope
For privacy questions or rights requests, contact privacy@vmira.ai or use Daciel’s contact page and identify the request as a privacy matter. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing account data. A signed data-processing agreement governs customer processing where one applies.
2. Information you provide
Website inquiries contain the name, work email, business, selected inquiry category, project context and message you submit. Newsletter records contain your email, consent status, confirmation and unsubscribe events, and the page where you subscribed.
Accounts and subscriptions involve account identifiers, profile and membership details, selected plan, usage, payment references and billing information. Hosted payment providers collect payment credentials; Daciel does not receive full card numbers from hosted checkout.
When you enable a business workflow, the information can include product catalogs, website content, contact records, connected-account identifiers and permissions, files, prompts, AI responses, messages, call metadata, and recordings or transcripts where that feature is enabled. Only upload information you are entitled to use.
3. Technical information and sources
Our website and infrastructure receive IP addresses, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps and security or error events. Forms can preserve referral and campaign parameters. Information also comes from the integrations you authorize, payment-provider events and the business users who invite or communicate with you.
Cookies, local storage and consent-mode measurement are described in the cookies notice. Declining optional cookies does not prevent essential service, consent or security storage.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to respond to requests, provide and administer agreed services, process billing, maintain accounts, execute authorized workflows, investigate faults and abuse, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these purposes generally involve performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in reliable and secure business operations, or compliance with law.
Newsletter enrollment requires a separate opt-in and confirmation. You can withdraw it through the unsubscribe link. Optional analytics and advertising storage follow your privacy choice. Responding to an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing.
5. AI and connected services
Prompts, relevant context and files may be transmitted through OpenRouter to the model provider used for the request. The provider, model and routing configuration affect processing location, logging and retention. A platform setting or this notice should not be read as a universal zero-retention or no-training guarantee for every external model.
Connecting an application authorizes the access needed for the requested integration. Sending a message, publishing content, managing a domain or making a call can disclose information to its intended recipient and the relevant service provider. Review permissions and the action before authorizing it. Customer-configured agents can perform actions automatically within the permissions granted to them.
6. Recipients and international processing
Information is shared with infrastructure, model, payment, email, communications and domain providers to operate the feature concerned. The service-provider notice identifies the principal providers and their roles. A payment provider, registrar or telecommunications operator may also have independent legal responsibilities.
Daciel uses infrastructure and suppliers in multiple countries. The applicable location and safeguards depend on the feature, provider and contractual configuration. A single-country residency commitment, certification or signed international-transfer arrangement is not implied by a public plan. Request the applicable processing and transfer terms before sending data subject to specific residency requirements.
We may disclose information where legally required, to protect people and the service, to professional advisers under appropriate duties, or in a business transaction with applicable safeguards.
7. Retention, deletion and export
Retention follows the purpose of the record: account and business content remains while needed to provide the service or comply with an applicable agreement; billing, consent, security and dispute records may need to remain longer for their respective obligations. Backup copies follow the backup lifecycle and are not necessarily erased immediately with a live record.
Unsubscribing stops newsletter enrollment and delivery; a suppression record can remain to prevent unintended resubscription. You can request access, correction, export or deletion through the privacy contact. Deletion may be limited by legal retention, another person’s rights or the authority of the business that controls the data. Ask for the relevant retention details before placing regulated records in Daciel.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and appeal a rights-request decision. Explain the account, information and right concerned so we can route the request appropriately. We will apply the applicable response deadline and explain relevant limitations.
You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work or where the issue occurred. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. You can decline optional analytics and advertising through Privacy choices in the footer. Browser controls and applicable global privacy signals provide additional choices; contact us if a signal has not produced the result you expect.
9. Security, sensitive information and children
Daciel uses HTTPS, access controls and operational monitoring to protect the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not provide passwords, payment-card credentials, highly sensitive records or information requiring a special agreement through a public inquiry or an unapproved AI workflow.
Business subscriptions require an authorized contracting user. The public website and business services are not directed to children. Contact the privacy address if you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately.
10. Updates
The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required. An existing signed customer agreement and any mandatory privacy rights continue to apply.
